Coaching is a nebulous and intuitive practice that requires flexibility. In coaching, especially in Recovery Coaching, the needs of the client will vary depending on where they are and where they want to go. This will determine the time involved and the resources needed. Once I meet with someone, we can determine a plan of attack and a concept of the core strategies to work on toward goal achievement.

Costs will revolve around the number of contacts we must make, the method of contact and location, as well as the possibility of research needed to be done on my end. In some cases we may need to take "field trips" together to achieve certain goals. In other cases I may need to do some in depth work to offer the best solutions. Other options may simply include periodic phone contact or email. Any or all of these can be discussed.

I offer my first initial meeting at no charge to make sure we have a fit for one another and that we align in our goals. At this point I will offer an "Assessment Form" relative to your needs. I will present a "Results of Findings and Opinions" report with some strategic guidelines to allow us to start to map out our plan. This process will be at no cost for those who proceed with a coaching plan.

Then an agreement with the costs and outline of the plan will be signed by both and we will start the journey!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The agreed upon fees will be presented at the beginning of the session unless a package plan has been made in which the payment is made upon signing up for the plan.

I accept Cash, Check, or Money Order. (Presently I am researching merchant accounts for future Credit Card payments - Details to follow soon!)

I do not accept insurance as most insurance organizations do not cover the service of coaching. (Any reimbursements, write-offs, or deductibles must be handled by you and your service professionals.)
