Nothing is separate. What we do, think, practice, consume, and experience is interrelated into the type of lives we create. Holistic Health is a practice of looking at the body as a whole being and not a hodge-podge of parts, symptoms, and states. It is a respect for the body, mind, and spirit as a complete entity.

Through my training and research I continue to find myself amazed at how the way we live collectively affects all areas of our lives. What we eat can affect our relationships. What we believe can affect our health. Cultivating our spiritual selves can extend out lives. Everything connects. We connect with others.

Through an assessment of simple questions pertaining to your everday practices, diet, moods, and sleep patterns among other things, I will submit a Results of Findings and Opinions that give an overview of how Holistic Health incorporations can improve the viality and quality of the life you live.

Holistic practices have been around for many years, even thousands of years in some instances and can have extraordinary results in improving people's health. By making some of these methods habitual, some have noticed reduced inflammation, improved digestion, lowered stress levels, lowered blood pressure, lowered cholesterol, increased energy, and many other improvements.
(NOTE! - This is not advice on giving up current prescriptions or medications prescribed to you by your doctor! Those decisions are between you and your physician!)

Holistic practices are not considered to "cure" diseases. They prepare the body for optimal health, immune function, and activate the body's natural defenses which are often times muted or defeated in toxic lifestyles. Holistic practise are for those who want a long term program of living healthfully so they can enjoy the benefits of what the body and life naturally have to offer.

We can discuss elimination of toxic substances (which is a great addition to those in Recovery) and detoxification (non-drug related), stress reduction skills and practices, dietary incorporations or changes by eliminating harmful foods and beverages, meditative practices, herbal supplementation suggestions, and many other ways to put you in greater control of how you feel.

A simple form is first filled out in detail, then an assessment is made, andten we will disuss the findings. You can ask questions as we look at the global picture of your wellness. At that point we can make a plan that best suits where you want to go from there. Even though the coaching phase may be only temporary, these concepts can become lifelong practices.
